1. The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM. Chairman; Hal Ferguson, Lenny Adler & Rick Micklon present.
2. 7:11 PM HF: Motion to enter Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(A) to discuss employee performance reviews. All agree.
3. 8:15 PM HF: Motion to move out of executive session. All agree.
4. 8:16 PM LA: Motion to adjourn. All agree.
